I got this oil of oregano supplement to help with my viral issues. It also helps as me to keep the harmful bacterias down. The gel capsule is easy to swallow has a distinctive taste and smell of oregano however.

These are very small oil filled softgels that smell very strongly of oregano. They are easy to swallow and will sometimes produce oregano burps, but not too often. I love that there aren’t any unnecessary ingredients included. They come in a nice zippered pouch to keep them fresh. The package recommends to take 2 softgels daily, so at that rate this is 150 days worth. That’s a pretty good deal.

These are just what I needed. Non gmo, dairy free, soy free and gluten free. Very strong smell, but that’s how these are. Very good to add into a daily routine. I can’t really weigh in on health benefits as it’s been recently started. I am impressed, they’re easy to swallow and this is a great price for quantity

I have bought dozens of vitalboost products. They are simple and seem to be of good quality ingredients. My doctor advised me to get oil of oregano to help my lungs so I could breathe easier (I have asthma). I have used ginger, inhalers and many other supplements and pharmaceuticals and oregano has provided greater relief than anything else so far. I highly recommend this product. I am buying some for my dad for his birthday. The ingredients are extracts, obviously. The pills would be giant if they were not. Everything in the pills is stated on the package. 20:1 oregano extract. 300mg x 20

I've used oregano oil with great success in treating cough and flu symptoms, including congestion. Pure oregano oil, however, is very hard to take directly, diluted with water or not. This softgel form is very convenient and easy to use. I can smell the oregano but the aroma is very faint. I love being able to take a couple of these softgel capsules without the burning or strong smell. I had no adverse reaction after taking these. The oregano oil is natural, easily absorbed and did not upset my stomach. Definitely recommended! These are much better than taking the oil by dropper.
